Many challenging situations, such as overload in everyday life or constantly circling thoughts, can lead to a permanent strain on body and psyche. In order to dissolve such circumstances in the long term, when self-regulating processes are overtaxed, the support of a coaching or a coach can be helpful.
The REMovement® (Boeger therapy) technique, which is mostly used in the coaching sessions, is a short-term coaching in which the processing mechanisms in the brain are triggered by tactile bihemispheric stimulation (affecting both halves of the brain). This lowers the sympathetic tone (state of excitement in the autonomic nervous system) of the person being treated, resulting in a feeling of relaxation.
Stress symptoms such as tension, sleep disorders, headaches or digestive complaints can change positively in the course of the treatment (Bekkering 2020).
The technique can be performed while sitting as well as lying down. The duration of a coaching session varies from 60 to 90 minutes. The number of coaching sessions depends on the severity of the emotion to be processed and will be discussed with you individually.
